Materna Radar Cyber Security: Strengthening the management team and innovation for dynamic market adaptation
Materna Group sets the course for the future in a rapidly changing cyber security market
location Dortmund, Date 2024.03.20
The Materna Radar Cyber Security brand has successfully positioned itself as a focused full-service provider for cyber security with its holistic portfolio of comprehensive consulting services and SOC services and solutions operated from the heart of Europe. In order to continue to ensure rapid adaptability to new threat scenarios, the company is expanding its range of innovative and effective solutions and deepening its cooperation with renowned technology providers. The future-oriented realignment is accompanied by a strengthened management team at Materna Radar Cyber Security.
The Materna Group has taken decisive steps to strengthen its leadership position in the rapidly evolving cyber security market. With the appointment of Philipp Kleinmanns as Managing Director of Materna Radar Cyber Security Austria GmbH, the company is signaling its clear commitment to innovation and proactive adaptation to the dynamics of the market. Kleinmanns, who looks back on a 16-year career within the Materna Group, brings extensive industry knowledge and experience that will be invaluable in leading and developing the company's cyber security initiatives.
Experience and innovation as the basis for the best service
"With the appointment of Philipp Kleinmanns as Managing Director, we are emphatically underlining our commitment to innovation and demonstrating our determination to actively address the changing market developments in the field of cyber security," explains Uwe Scariot, member of the Materna Group's Executive Board with responsibility for cyber security. Materna brings decades of experience in the use of standard software from the market to develop services that not only optimally meet customer requirements, but also integrate technology-driven innovations. "Philipp Kleinmanns' takeover of the management reflects the strategic orientation of the Materna Group to integrate and expand the overall cyber security offering."
New management consistently bundles cyber security expertise within the Group
In August 2023, it was decided to form a unified offering by integrating Materna Radar Cyber Security Austria GmbH and other divisions under the Materna Radar Cyber Security brand. As part of this process, Kleinmanns was appointed as a central portfolio manager with overall responsibility for cyber security in order to maximize synergies within the group. In his new role as Managing Director Austria, Kleinmanns will be joined by Michael Stelzhammer, responsible for Enabling Functions, and Alexis Kahr, responsible for Sales. Both are already in key positions at Materna Radar Cyber Security Austria GmbH.
As part of the strategic realignment, the previous Managing Director Christian Polster is leaving the company following the successful completion of the post-merger integration." We would like to thank Christian Polster for his extraordinary commitment and support during the integration phase and wish him all the best for his professional future," says Uwe Scariot.
Excellently positioned for increased cyber security requirements
The repositioning of Materna Radar Cyber Security comes at a time when the importance of cyber security is steadily increasing." The challenges posed by new regulatory requirements, advanced attackers and the use of artificial intelligence require innovative solutions and the ability to adapt quickly. Materna Radar Cyber Security is excellently positioned to meet these requirements thanks to the use of standard products and technologies and the deepening of strategic partnerships, especially with Elastic," explains Philipp Kleinmanns." I am very pleased to be able to play a key role in shaping the important focus area of cyber security for the market and Materna in my additional role as Managing Director."
