The Materna Group has taken decisive steps to strengthen its leadership position in the rapidly evolving cyber security market. With the appointment of Philipp Kleinmanns as Managing Director of Materna Radar Cyber Security Austria GmbH, the company is signaling its clear commitment to innovation and proactive adaptation to the dynamics of the market.

The Materna Group has announced the sale of its subsidiary, Materna IPS (Intelligent Passenger Solutions), to SITA. This decision reflects the dynamic changes in the aviation industry and allows Materna to focus more on its strategic goals. The divestment will provide the company with resources to effectively implement its core strategy GRIP².

The IT group Materna, which specializes in IT consulting and digitalization projects, continued to demonstrate its financial strength last year with a 21.5 percent increase in Group sales (20 percent organic) to a total of 673 million euros. EBIT also developed positively.
