Tim Thomas was previously Executive Vice President Marketing & Communications and a member of the management board at the market companion msg group in Munich.

With effect from December 22, 2021, the Materna group has acquired the Krefeld-based company TraffGo Road GmbH, which specializes in IT solutions for processing traffic data.
